As an essential service, our veterinary clinic remains open for patient exams and also video consultations.
There are a couple of very important updates to our regular practice procedures that we’ve had to implement.
Before Your Pet’s Appointment
You are welcome to bring your pet for appointments at the clinic as usual. However, we ask that for the time being while restrictions are in place, that you please do not enter the clinic but when you get here either call us (503-908-6492) – or just knock on the door! – and we will come out to your car to collect your pet.
You you may either wait in your car in the parking lot,, take a stroll or run errands while we see your pet.
After Your Pet’s Appointment
When we’ve completed your pet’s exam or treatment we will call you to arrange a suitable pickup time. We will then bring your pet out to you while you wait in your car in the parking lot.
We are still seeing patients and are grateful for your support and understanding at this difficult time. The health of your pet as well as human health is our utmost priority.
Feeling Ill? Please Reschedule.
If you or anybody in your household or anyone you’ve had contact with feels ill in any way, please reschedule your appointment, even if you yourself are not currently exhibiting any symptoms (cough, fever, shortness of breath), recently attended a large gathering, may have been exposed to COVID-19.
Video Consultations
If you prefer, rather than coming to the clinic, I am able to offer video consultations. Not all conditions are applicable for this new service but so far it has been amazing how we’ve been able to utilize this new approach. If this is of interest please ask.
Our Online Pharmacy
Visit our online pharmacy. If you have any questions or an unable to use this service please reach out to us (503-908-6492) if your pet or animal needs a refill medication.
For a complete range of pet supplies. Visit our online pharmacy here.
If your pet or animal needs medical attention and you’re concerned about visiting our practice, please call us to discuss the many treatment options that we are now able to provide.
As always, medications and food can be ordered through our online pharmacy.
I wish you, your family and your pets and animals good health through this time, and please know that we are all committed to their care.
I will review and relax these procedures as official guidelines permit.
Sincerely,
Dr. Cinda Scott
