We understand that life happens, and there may be times when an unforeseen emergency occurs and that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment.

Failure To Show for A Scheduled Appointment
If you do not turn up for or fail to cancel a scheduled appointment within 24 hours of the appointment, we reserve the right to assess a $50 missed appointment fee;
- For new clients we ask that you pay this fee prior to rescheduling your next appointment.
- For existing clients we may add that fee to your next scheduled visit.
